7.0/10

The hotel offers a pleasant view of the Smokies, but the rooms were really small for 2 adults and 2 children and smelled like cigarette smoke. The service was exceptional with friendly staff, and the location was convenient for outdoor activities in Bryson City and surrounding areas. The dining experience was a bit of a disappointment due to limited breakfast options.
